What we cannot help with
We are not the manufacturer, the seller or the shipper of SlimTide, and we have no access to any order. That means we genuinely cannot:
- look up, change or cancel an order
- track a shipment or resend a package
- process, approve or chase a refund
- answer a question about your specific medical situation
All of those belong with the official store. Their contact address is printed on your order confirmation email — that is the fastest route, and the only one that can act.
Refunds
The manufacturer's stated policy is 60 days from purchase, with at least 30 days of use requested before a claim. Contact the seller directly using the address on your order confirmation, and keep that email — it is your proof of purchase.
